What we automate

Data sync & ETL

Keep your tools in sync automatically. CRM to billing, analytics to reporting — no more manual exports.

Notification workflows

Slack alerts, email digests, SMS notifications — triggered by the events that matter to your business.

Onboarding automation

Account setup, welcome sequences, permission provisioning — every new user gets the same great experience.

Reporting pipelines

Automated dashboards, scheduled reports, KPI alerts — data that arrives before anyone asks for it.

DevOps automation

Deploy pipelines, environment provisioning, monitoring alerts — ship faster with less manual work.

Custom integrations

Connect any two tools via their APIs. If it has an API, we can automate it.

Workflow automation FAQ

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Data sync between tools (CRM to billing, analytics to reporting), notification workflows (Slack, email, SMS triggers), onboarding provisioning, reporting pipelines, deploy and DevOps automation, and custom API-to-API integrations. If two systems both have APIs, we can connect them.

Do I need to use Zapier or Make, or do you build custom automation?

Both, depending on what is right for the job. Simple, low-volume workflows often belong in Zapier or Make because they are fast to set up and easy for your team to edit later. High-volume, business-critical, or custom-logic workflows usually warrant custom code — more reliable, no per-task pricing, and fully in your control.

How do you handle automation failures and edge cases?

Every automation we build includes error handling, retry logic, and alerting. Failures route to a monitoring channel (Slack or email) with enough context to debug, and critical flows include idempotency keys so retries do not cause duplicates. We document every workflow so your team can triage issues without us.

Can you automate workflows that touch sensitive data?

Yes, with appropriate safeguards. We follow least-privilege access (service accounts scoped to only what they need), encrypt credentials via your secret manager, audit-log every run, and keep data residency in the regions you require. For highly regulated data we work with your security team on the review.

What happens if we change the underlying tools later?

We design automations with an abstraction layer so swapping out an individual tool — moving from HubSpot to Salesforce, say — touches one integration rather than every workflow. Change is never free, but we minimize the blast radius at build time so you are not locked into your current stack forever.
